P.E School Issues - Page 2 Empty P.E School Issues

First topic message reminder :

School's coming up and I got P.E all the school year. It's advanced p.e though. Everyone that looks really tough is in it. My only fear is not being good enough. Previously, I have practiced everyday in the summer jogging around the parks, playing basketball and working on sit ups and crunchs. (sorry, not good at upper body strength.)

I only got 8 days left. I'm so freaked out. Somebody give me an answer.

Hey guys, how far can you beam a ball straight foreward without it diving to the ground?

Mines is about only a few yards.

I think sit ups are fun. I feal bad now because I just did sit ups and at 50 I felt stomach strain >_> I still made the 100 by 2 minute mark but meh

How do you do your sit ups btw? Legal sit ups(i think it's the official xD) is arms crossed, hands holding onto the shoulder, and then having your elbows touch over your knees when you go up the sit up.
