Rp Super Forms? Empty Rp Super Forms?

I was suggesting that in the rping section, there should be super forms. Like super saiyan, or super namek or mystic form. Any ideas of requirements, policys or anything like that?

For Super Saiyan you should be ina great time of need or rage or both, USSJ is a great amount of training USSJ 2 is a greater amount of time training, SSJ2 Is training and rage, and @@J 3 is Training not rage, then SSJ4 is Is training.

I know that but make it seem like a real requirement. Like anyone can get in rage and transform like that in just one simple on liner in a simple post.

Super Namek you'll have to fuse permanetly with another namek. Once..Twice, I'm not so sure about number requirements.
